This project was completed in two parts by clients request with gutter fascia and gables repainted in 2020 and in 2021 the external render was repainted, transforming the front facade of this beautiful family home.
Tammy & Jason's Gate
Gate strip and repaint
This street-facing gate was looking tired and in need of a facelift.

Originally the gate was done in a stain and varnish which had broken down over time.
​
WA House Painting recommended it received a treatment of low sheen Solaguard as it is easier to maintain and will also stand the test of time in WA conditions and stay looking smart over the years to come.
Doll House Home Chidlow
I want a dollhouse finish please
The client was seeking a similar final look to a dollhouse with exposed beams being featured within the room.

The previous paintwork has to be removed and thorough preparation was completed to ensure that the new black finish was sharp and precise against the the new wall colour resulting in a striking finish

Get the home ready to go on the market
The client was looking to modernise and refresh this family home in the southern suburbs of Perth prior to going on the market.

The interior of the home was fully repainted in a fresh neutral colourway ready for the new homeowner and the backyard was given a makeover to create a modern and clean feel with the walls and fencing being sprayed with Solaguard Shale Grey.

The client was amazed at the transformation and was able to capitalise on their investment in WA House Painting by achieving a quick sale at a high price.
